The Values & Benefits of Home and Commercial Inspections, with speaker Joe Runyan

This month’s chapter program will give us the opportunity to learn more about the values and benefits of home and commercial inspections.

This program will give us reasons for thorough Real Estate Inspections that benefit buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and anyone involved in the transactions. Subject matter will include minor cosmetic issues that are easy to correct, issues that can be costly to correct, and life safety issues.

Joe Runyon was trained and qualified while serving in the US Navy on Nuclear Submarines in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and other functioning systems.

After graduating from Bryan College, he has been involved in the Construction business since 1983, when he became a State of Tennessee Licensed General Contractor.

He has owned and been involved in Residential and Commercial Construction as an owner, designer, and project management in multiple businesses. Among them are: General Construction, HVAC, Asphalt Paving, Commercial Roofing, Swimming Pools, and Cabinets.  He is well trained in Codes and Regulations.

He is an Advisory Member on the Board of the Vogel School of Engineering Bryan College, and serves as Commissioner and Secretary of the City of Dayton Planning and Zoning Commission.  He has served as a BOG member and other offices in ASHRAE Tennessee Valley Chapter since 2012.

Professional Development Certificates (1 hour) will be provided after the webinar.
